瑞典驻马来西亚大使Joachim Bergstrom表示，瑞典有意与马来西亚合作，推动可持续发展议程。两国企业正在合作，重点关注绿色生产、运输、能源转型等领域。
瑞典驻马来西亚贸易专员Emma Broms补充说，通过合作平台“开拓可能”，瑞典公司如沃尔沃卡车和阿特拉斯·科普柯正在促进马来西亚向绿色能源转型。超过80家瑞典公司在马来西亚运营，拥有近9000名员工。
两国贸易关系潜力巨大，数字化和医疗保健领域的合作也在不断加强。
