According to Chinese media reports, a tragic fire broke out in a new house in Yueqing City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China on May 4 this year. A 28-year-old bride-to-be, Ms. Zheng, was suffocated by thick smoke in her sleep and died. After investigation by the fire department, the cause of the fire was a malfunction of the freezer in the kitchen that ignited surrounding combustibles. This large refrigerator of more than 600 liters is a German Liebherr brand. It was installed in September last year and cost 52,000 yuan to purchase. Since the fire, the family has negotiated with the dealer many times, but the problem has never been resolved, and they have decided to resolve it through judicial channels.
