Dubai-based Caviar has teamed up with Herzog to launch a bespoke third-generation Porsche e-bike Cross, crafted in 18K gold and gold carbon fibre. The bike comes with a carbon fiber frame, Shimano motor and 504Wh battery. The original version sells for about A$16,700, and the customized version costs about A$69,000.

Caviar said custom bikes are complex and labor-intensive projects, and only nine will be built, taking four months each. The bike is expected to be available in early 2025 and will feature a titanium cover coated with gold PVD and a solid 18-karat gold alloy. Each bicycle customer will also receive a customized high-end iPhone.
