2GO Group, a logistics company affiliated with Indonesia’s SM Investments Corp., launched the “2GO Earth and Everyday” plan to join the trend of sustainable development. The program, which includes tree planting activities in seven cities, is based on the core principles of ecology, efficiency, embracing, empowerment and participation, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
2GO is committed to reducing environmental impact by using motion sensor lighting to reduce the power consumption of multi-temperature refrigerated trucks and reduce carbon emissions. The company has also established partnerships with 1,754 small, medium and micro enterprises to support cargo transportation and market entry.
2GO improves efficiency and encourages diversification through embedded safety plans and route optimization strategies.
