China Energy Company Limited (TNB), through its subsidiary GSPARX, has entered into a strategic alliance with Trina Solar, a global provider of photovoltaic and smart energy solutions, to drive the sustainable energy transition.
TNB President & CEO Datuk Seri Baharingdin Abraham said the partnership underscores the commitment to accelerating Malaysia’s energy transition goals, especially harnessing the potential of solar energy. The collaboration aims to drive sustainable practices and move closer to net-zero emissions by 2050.
The strategic alliance, which covers rooftop, floating and ground-mounted solar systems, marks a significant step forward in the development of Malaysia’s PV market. In addition, GSPARX and Trina Solar will collaborate to explore smart grid solutions, further solidifying their commitment to cutting-edge sustainable technologies.
