Panasonic Malaysia’s design and development company PAPARADMY new building operation

Panasonic announced the opening of Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditions R&D Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.’s new building in Malaysia. The building features state-of-the-art facilities, including the first multi-purpose laboratory to test both water heaters and air conditioning equipment.

The company aims to shorten the development time of air conditioning equipment to meet the needs of ASEAN and European markets. Panasonic has two subsidiaries in Malaysia: PAPAMY and PAPARADMY, which are respectively engaged in the production, sales and research and development of air conditioners.

The Chairman of the Malaysian Investment Development Authority expressed his appreciation, believing that Panasonic’s innovative contributions in the power and electronics industry have promoted economic growth and created approximately 17,000 job opportunities. The new R&D center will lead the research and development of new products and technologies across the global business.
