Intel shows off entire 14th-gen CPU lineup at CES

Intel showed off its new 14th-generation CPU series at CES 2024, including the HX series for laptops.

New chips such as the i9-14900HX have 24 cores, a 5.8GHz Turbo frequency, multi-tasking performance that is 51% faster than competitors, and gaming performance that increases by 17%. Designed specifically for creators, the i7-14700HX features 50% higher core efficiency for content creation and longer battery life.

The new series supports WiFi7, Bluetooth 5.4 and 5.3. Intel announced that more than 60 partners will launch devices equipped with these chips in 2024. ​

At the same time, Intel launched the latest Core U CPU series designed for thin and light notebooks, supporting WiFi7 and WiFi6E.

In addition, the 14th generation desktop chips have also been launched and are suitable for self-built equipment. ​
