L’Oréal launches new hair dryer at CES 2024

L’Oreal showed off the new blow drying tool AirLight Pro at CES 2024, which is designed for professionals and home users and was jointly developed with its partner Zuvi. The device uses infrared light technology and wind technology to make hair smoother and more hydrated, dry faster and reduce energy consumption by 31%.

L’Oréal CEO said that through the partnership with Zuvi, AirLight Pro proves that technology can improve beauty results, meet the needs of multiple hair types, and reduce environmental impact.

Zuvi’s founder and CEO added that the partnership with L’Oréal takes the product to the next level. AirLight Pro uses Zuvi’s patented LightCare technology to dry the surface moisture of the hair through infrared rays and high-speed air while retaining the moisture inside the hair strands. The device, co-designed by L’Oréal and the Zuvi team, has been tested to increase hair moisture by 33%, make hair visually smoother by 59%, and reduce energy consumption by 31%.
