Acer launches new touchpad for YouTube lovers

The Acer Swift Go 14 debuted at CES 2024 with a silver chassis and clamshell form factor. The special feature is the media control of the touch panel, which allows users to watch YouTube without cumbersome operations. The top of the touch panel integrates play, pause, rewind and fast forward buttons.

The computer is equipped with the new Intel Core Ultra processor to improve AI workflow performance and has a battery life of up to 12.5 hours. Configurations are available with up to 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD storage, and the 14-inch display is available in different panels, including a 1,920 x 1,200 pixel IPS screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and a 2,880 x 1,880 pixel OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

It also features a 1,440p camera, microSD card slot, headphone jack, USB-A and Thunderbolt 4 ports, Kensington lock slot, and HDMI port.

The Acer Swift Go 14 will be available in March 2024, retailing from AU$1,699.
