The latest QD-OLED TV panels launched by Samsung Display at CES 2024 claim to have improved brightness, reaching a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, and are Pantone color certified.

Samsung claims to be the first panel manufacturer to receive Pantone approval. This panel will soon be used in professional color-grading displays, but consumer TVs in 2024 may not reach 3,000 nits brightness, but will provide excellent color brightness and accuracy.

As of now, the availability and pricing of these QD-OLED panels have not been announced, and consumers need to wait for further information.
