Intel’s revenue last quarter will rise for the first time in nearly two years and is expected to reach $15.14 billion, up 8% year-on-year. This growth was driven by the Customer Computing & Wafer Division.

Intel plans to discuss its 2024 capital expenditure plan after the earnings report, and the investment amount is expected to be the same as last year. Although the personal computer (PC) industry experienced a downturn in 2023, Intel is expected to perform better as PC suppliers gradually digest chip inventories accumulated during the pandemic.

However, the data center side can be more complex in the face of challenges from competitors such as Supermicro (AMD) and cloud computing companies focusing on graphics processors.
