In January GoPro announced plans to acquire Forcite, an Australian company that designs technical motorcycle helmets. These helmets often include features such as communications, digital imaging, navigation and safety alerts.
Now GoPro is trying to complete the acquisition before the end of this quarter and is expected to launch its first smart helmet in 2025.
