Adobe’s latest text music generator is designed to assist creators in editing project music. In an AI-driven world, many companies have launched similar tools. This is somewhat ironic for Adobe, since they have been supporting human creators for years.
The tool, called Project Music GenAI Control, allows users to input text such as “powerful rock” or “sad jazz,” and the model will generate music. Adobe says the tool can also be used to edit and remix music. The tool is still being developed in collaboration with UC San Diego and Carnegie Mellon University.
