Intel prepares for 1nm chip production, using AI and “Cobot” in production

Intel announced that it will start producing 1-nanometer chips (Intel 10A) by the end of 2027, and plans to achieve fully automated production by applying artificial intelligence and collaborative robots to promote innovation in the semiconductor industry.

The move is part of Intel’s technology expansion and innovation strategy to lead the semiconductor chip manufacturing industry. The use of artificial intelligence and collaborative robots will increase efficiency, reduce errors, optimize production processes, and meet market demands for quality and quantity.

This also helps make the manufacturing process more sustainable, reducing waste and energy consumption, in line with Intel’s commitment to a green future.
