German speaker manufacturer Elac has teamed up with New York fashion brand Adsum to launch a special edition Debut ConneX active bookshelf speaker DCB41-DS. Its unique design includes a tubular metal stand, removable magnetic grille, custom remote control and custom cable colors.
Joe Riggi, CEO of Elac Americas Inc., said that this collaboration combines audio engineering with fashion aesthetics to create a new standard. The speaker is a two-way design with a 4.5-inch subwoofer and 0.75-inch soft dome, and a 100W amplifier. Supports aptX Bluetooth and multiple inputs, priced at AU$999, only sold at selected retailers or Elac’s official website.
