SpaceX plans to attempt a third launch of its massive Starship rocket early Thursday morning after U.S. regulatory approval. The launch is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. Central Time and will be completed in approximately 110 minutes.

The launch will take place at SpaceX’s Starbase campus and will be broadcast live on the website and social media. The past two test flights have ended in failure, but the company has made several hardware upgrades to improve success rates and hopes to demonstrate new capabilities, including fuel delivery and engine re-ignition.

The launch is part of SpaceX’s commercial plan and NASA’s Artemis program to return to the moon.
