Huawei’s first 5nm SoC HiSilicon Kirin 9010 detailed specifications announced

Huawei’s upcoming Kirin 9010 SoC uses SMIC’s 5-nanometer manufacturing process and is equipped with 8 CPU cores, 2 of which are 3.00 GHz performance cores and 6 are 1.8 GHz efficiency cores.

In addition, it is equipped with a 5G Balong 6000 modem and Huawei’s customized Kirin 8.0 ISP. Equipped with Ascend NPU, LPDDR5 6400 RAM and Maleoon 920 GPU, the 3D Mark Wildlife Extreme score is 2800 points.

Geekbench 6.0 testing showed a single-core score of 1800 points and a multi-core score of 4800 points, making it comparable to other high-end chips. It is expected to debut in Huawei P70 series mobile phones.
