Chinese company’s electric humanoid robot H1 completes backflip, setting speed record

The Chinese company’s electric humanoid robot H1 successfully performed a backflip, marking an important milestone for the robotics industry.

Developed by Unitree, a startup company in Hangzhou, China, H1 is nearly 180 centimeters tall and weighs about 47 kilograms. It is propelled by a pure electric motor and has high-precision control and force feedback. Equipped with 3D lidar and depth cameras, it can capture spatial data in real time.

The H1 also set an amazing speed record. It also demonstrates China’s leading position in the field of robotics and its broad application prospects in disaster response, healthcare, manufacturing and entertainment.
