The Philippines’ export revenue in 2023 reached US$103.6 billion, increasing for the third consecutive year and hitting a record high. Growth is driven primarily by information technology and tourism. Although it is a record high, it is still below the target set by the government.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry said it will use technology and digital services to enhance export capabilities, including free e-courses and origin management systems. The Trade Minister stressed the need for government and the private sector to work together to enhance export competitiveness.
