Fujifilm launches new Instax camera after 11 years

Fujifilm has launched a new Instax camera, updating the Instax series for the first time in more than a decade.

The new Instax Mini 99 is targeted at Generation Z and people interested in retro photography. It will be launched overseas on April 11. The availability in Australia has not yet been determined. Priced at approximately 28,600 yen, it is equipped with four internal LED lights that can produce six retro color effects and has the function of adjusting brightness and darkness.

Fujifilm Director Masato Yamamoto said that this camera highlights the unique charm of analog cameras and is designed to attract young film photography enthusiasts.
