Samsung has taken a major step in the field of artificial intelligence. Galaxy AI has significantly expanded its intelligence engine by adding language support, making it easier for users around the world to overcome language barriers.
Support for Arabic, Indonesian and Russian will be added this spring, along with support for Australian English, Cantonese and Canadian French. Romanian, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, and European Portuguese support for Galaxy AI is planned for later this year.
Samsung President TM Roh said this will democratize mobile AI. Galaxy AI provides real-time translation, interpreter, chat assistance, note assistance and other functions. New language packs can be added to Galaxy devices by downloading them. It currently supports the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Tab S9 series, and more devices will be added gradually.
