Disneyland is about to undergo a massive multi-billion dollar expansion

Disneyland Forward, the Walt Disney Company’s plan to expand its existing theme parks, has been unanimously approved by the Anaheim City Council with an investment of $1.9 billion. It is expected to take decades to complete, including the Avatar-themed area.

Other IPs may include “Frozen”, “Tron”, etc. This move will add new experiences to Disneyland. Disney plans to add 8,960 positions during construction and 4,584 positions during operations. The development plan is valid until 2064 and the total cost is expected to be US$2.5 billion.
