Former Twitter executive sues Elon Musk, claiming he failed to pay nearly $130 million. They accuse Musk of treating dissenters with wealth and power and firing them.

The plaintiffs, who include the former CEO and CFO, are seeking more than $100 million in benefits. After Musk acquired Twitter, he fired senior executives. Twitter was later renamed X, its staff was reduced, content review was put on hold, and banned accounts were restored.

Musk has struggled to attract advertisers and build a subscription base to make up for lost revenue. At the same time, the former executives asked Musk to repay related litigation costs.
