Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Liu Jingzhi said that the bilateral tourism cooperation between Sabah and Hungary has good prospects and will achieve a win-win situation.
During her meeting with the Deputy Mayor of Budapest, she proposed that exchanges of visits between the people of Sabah and Hungary should be strengthened to promote bilateral tourist exchanges. Liu Jingzhi emphasized that this conference will expand new markets for Sabah and promote Sabah tourism to the Central European market.
She encouraged travel agencies in Budapest to work closely with the Sabah Tourism Board to jointly promote the tourism resources of Sabah and Hungary.
She also thanked the Malaysian Ambassador to Hungary for his assistance and hoped that both parties could promote tourism development through cooperation.
