PepsiCo will build two new factories in Vietnam powered by renewable energy, with an investment of US$400 million. One of the beverage manufacturing plants will be located in the southern province of Long An, costing more than US$300 million, while the other food processing plant will be located in the northern province of Henan, with an investment of US$90 million.

This commitment is one of the results of the US business delegation’s visit to Vietnam, but the specific time for production has not yet been announced. PepsiCo has entered Vietnam in 1994 and operates five factories across the country.
