According to the Indonesian Ministry of Economic Affairs Coordination, according to the “Indonesia Emas 2045 Vision”, Indonesia is accelerating the development of the semiconductor industry and building it into one of the main driving forces of the economy.
The establishment of the Semiconductor Ecosystem Readiness Working Group marks the beginning of a new era and covers automotive equipment, industrial applications, home appliances, communications, transportation and medical equipment. Deputy Minister Edi Prio Pambudi said the move aims to create a good business environment and attract investment, in line with the “Indonesia 4.0” roadmap.
The conference gathered experts, scholars and professionals to jointly formulate strategies to solve digital challenges and strengthen talent cultivation.
At the same time, the Indonesian Ambassador to Germany announced that Germany will support Indonesian students and experts by providing training and educational opportunities.
