Ant Group’s digital payment solution Alipay Plus is coming to Indonesia.
Yang Peng, CEO and Senior Vice President of Ant Group, disclosed the news and said that he would discuss with the Indonesian government and local partners to meet the needs of small, medium and micro enterprises.
Alipay Plus enables cross-border payments through QR codes, making it easier for Indonesian small and medium-sized enterprises to accept digital payments, especially payments from foreign tourists.
Alipay Plus was launched by the financial technology company of Ant Group and has launched operations in 56 countries and cooperated with approximately 90 million merchants.
