SHARP EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN MALAYSIA WITH A NEW INTEGRATED OFFICE AND SERVIVCE CENTRE IN JOHOR

Shah Alam, Selangor, 17 November 2023 – In line with its expansion plans and commitment to serve its customers better, Sharp Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (SHARP) has expanded its Integrated Office & Service Centre to the Southern region.

It launched its new Office & Service Centre in Johor on 17 November 2023. SHARP also has an Integrated Office & Service Centre in the Northern region in Ipoh which is performing well, ever since it started operations. SHARP is targeting to open these integrated Office & Service Centres throughout all states in Malaysia, progressively.

The Grand Opening of the new Johor Office and Service Centre was officiated by SHARP Managing Director, Mr. Ting Yang Chung and JEADA (Johor Electrical Appliances Dealers Association) Chairman Mr. Gan Cheng Swee, with a powerful lion dance performance to usher in great prosperity, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Other VIPS in attendance at the event included SHARP General Manager Mr. Jacky Heng and COCORO Life Malaysia’s Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Levity Suto.

The event was attended by SHARP staff, business partners, dealers, supporters and members of the media and held from 10.30am-12.00pm at the new Johor Office and Service Centre located at No.39 & 39A, Jalan Molek 2/4, Taman Molek, 81100 Johor Bahru. Guests were treated to a tasty buffet-style meal in appreciation of their loyal support and participation.

The new Integrated Office & Service Centre concept features a ground floor which is the Service Centre to assist customers in servicing and repairing their SHARP products, and a first floor to assist dealers in all matters pertaining to the running of their dealership.

According to SHARP Managing Director, Mr. Ting Yang Chung, “This new integrated Office & Service Centre will help increase customer demand and loyalty, provide better service coverage and is a strategic move to expand SHARP’s presence in the Southern region of Johor”.

The new integrated model will provide a range of services including repairs, warranty support, product demonstrations and customer support in every way possible for their utmost peace of mind. Customers will benefit from a faster response time to their queries and product repair, servicing and maintenance needs, and will enjoy more convenience and improved access to technical assistance and expertise.

Each Integrated Office & Service Centre is staffed with various experts from SHARP’s Authorised Service Centres who demonstrate exceptional technical skills and in-depth knowledge to serve customers better and instil a greater sense of confidence in them.
