Haier is adding two warehouses in Wolnitz, Germany, underlining its growth plans. The new warehouse will store Candy, Hoover, and built-in appliances from Haier and Candy.
Alexander Frombeck, Haier’s head of supply chain management, said expanding storage space is a key step in its growth strategy. The two warehouses in Wolnitz were each expanded by 20,000 square meters, making them 1.5 times the size of the Ansbach warehouse.
The new warehouse is operated by logistics company GBL, which also manages the warehouse in Ansbach.
GBL managing director Reiner Heinlein said they are looking for management and warehouse staff for the new warehouse to expand the team for the new location.
