Singapore Post (SingPost) has entered into a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to drive digital transformation. The collaboration will leverage Google Cloud’s AI-powered tools to increase SingPost employee productivity, streamline tasks and facilitate collaboration with partners and customers.
The chief information officer of SingPost said that the cooperation is an important milestone in transforming into a technology-driven logistics enterprise. Successfully migrated IT workloads from local data centers to Google Cloud, saving 30% of costs. The AI Trailblazers program develops prototype AI solutions to streamline e-commerce logistics operations.
In addition, SingPost will use Google Workspace’s Duet AI to improve the efficiency of employees’ writing, visualization and communication. The collaboration also includes the deployment of Duet AI in AppSheet, streamlining tasks and supporting work optimization.
