The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry’s Training Division has partnered with the International Trade Center (ITC) to launch an innovative training program designed to assist Philippine micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in understanding and applying export rules for international trade.

The program provides practical resources for companies to navigate the regulations and processes of selling products in foreign markets through the PTTC-Arise Plus training platform.

The programme consists of six courses covering topics such as international trade rules, rules of origin, proforma invoicing, cross-border efficiency, exporting food to the EU and working with freight forwarders, and is delivered through interactive training seminars. Delivered by ITC trainers using a digital workshop approach to innovative instructional techniques and detailed trainer instructions to ensure high-quality training.

This collaboration will enhance PTTC’s online and on-site training services to provide core training for MSMEs in the Philippines.
