UNISOC launches new 6nm mid-range 5G chip platform T765 5G

Unisoc has released the T765 5G chip, which uses a 6nm EUV process and has two 2.3GHz A76 cores and six 2.1GHz A55 cores. Supports LPDDR4x memory and eMMC5.1/UFS 3.1/UFS 2.2 storage standards to provide smooth performance.

The graphics part is handled by Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, which supports FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ and VRR technology. In terms of optics, it is equipped with Vivimagic 6.0 imaging engine and 4-core ISP architecture, supporting up to 108MP main sensor camera or 64MP, 20MP and 13MP triple camera setup.

T765 also supports 2G to 5G network modes, 5G dual-wave technology, SA and NSA 5G modes, dual-SIM VoNR and VoWiFi calls.
