AerSale has launched a new flight vision system, AerAware, which integrates synthetic vision technology and enhanced vision functions to improve flight safety under low-visibility conditions on commercial flights.

The system integrates multispectral cameras and Skylens head-mounted displays to provide enhanced natural vision range and facilitate shared situational awareness between both pilots. With low-visibility landing capabilities, it can reduce weather-related delays, diversions or cancellations, and overall improve flight safety.

AerAware has currently obtained FAA certification for the Boeing 737NG aircraft, and certification for other aircraft models is in progress.
