The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) reminded dairy exporters to pay attention to Australia’s latest regulations, emphasizing that products with a content of less than 10% no longer require approval from the Australian Department of Agriculture, but the content must be stated on the label. In 2022, the Philippines exported dairy products to Australia worth US$56,000.

In addition, DTI mentioned that the US FDA issued rules requiring cosmetics factories and product registration, which are updated every two years. The person in charge needs to submit a cosmetic list to the FDA. DTI reminds exporters to follow these regulations to ensure compliance and market access.
