The Philippine Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) revealed that three global logistics companies will set up facilities in Clark and are expected to invest billions of dollars to create an Asian business hub. This will bring about P1 billion in revenue to the Philippines.

BCDA president Joshua Bingcang did not reveal the name of the company, but said they are foreign companies that plan to set up their headquarters in the 20-hectare area of Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone to turn it into an Asian business hub.

The three companies will announce plans in March for the area to accommodate eight companies and be close to Clark International Airport. BCDA coordinates closely with the Bureau of Customs to ensure cargo flows comply with global standards.
