Samsung emphasized artificial intelligence functions at the Galaxy S24 launch conference, including real-time translation, image editing, etc. Introducing Galaxy AI as an overall artificial intelligence system to support communication center functions.
S24 natively supports real-time two-way translation during calls without the need for third-party applications. It is processed by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip to keep conversations private. AI features require no cellular data or Wi-Fi connection and include face-to-face split-screen translation, audio transcripts, and more. AI also drives the camera system, including digital zoom, image stabilization and Super HDR. In image editing, Galaxy AI provides adjustment suggestions and generated editing functions, supporting instant slow motion, HDR integration, etc.
