Sony delays new product launch due to quality issues

According to COO and CFO Hiroki Totoki, Sony will release only six of the 12 live games it committed to by the end of March 2026 due to quality issues.

Sony is developing multiplayer games for the highly anticipated The Last of Us and Horizon series, as well as original IP developed by PlayStation London Studios.

Sony has revealed that progress on The Last of Us multiplayer project has been reduced based on an assessment by Sony subsidiary Bungie.
