Amazon plans to start selling Hyundai vehicles online in the United States next year, extending a deal it announced with Hyundai two years ago.
The initiative is designed to allow customers to configure their vehicles online, calculate pricing and find a dealer to complete the sale. The deal will also allow new car buyers in 2025 to access Amazon’s Alexa in their cars.
Amazon and Hyundai Motor hope to unlock more opportunities through this cooperation to adapt to the expanding product portfolio, sales network expansion, and future electrification and smart mobility trends.
