Telkomsel said that the cooperation with ITB aims to promote Indonesia’s 5G technology innovation and strengthen the education ecosystem and digital economy through the 5G Hive Technology Research Center. This strategic collaboration will create an inclusive digital ecosystem through 5G, covering 5G use cases such as IoT, artificial intelligence and smart cities, and support the development of workforce skills.
Telkomsel hopes that this move will promote the sustainable development of 5G technology in Indonesia, enabling digital talents to compete globally and contribute to the national economy.
ITB stated that the cooperation will accelerate the transformation of Indonesia’s digital landscape, achieve a common vision, and shape the structure of Indonesia’s digital future.
