Panasonic and Nissan Motor have announced a partnership to launch a new service that combines cars with smart home appliances. The service allows appliances to communicate the status of the vehicle through voice alerts, when family members will be home, EV charging status, and burglar alarms.

Users can control smart home devices with voice commands, such as turning on the car’s air conditioner in advance. Service equipment includes televisions, robot vacuum cleaners, and lighting. Users must be members of Nissan and Panasonic.

此举反映了汽车和家电整合趋势,旨在提高用户生活便利性。类似合作已有先例,如三星与特斯拉和现代汽车合作开发智能家居服务。
