Haier Malaysia aims to grow by 45% this year

Haier Group’s Malaysian market is expected to grow by 45% year-on-year this year, mainly due to the upcoming launch of new product series. Fan Jing, the company’s managing director, said Haier will provide customized products for the global market and focus on developing products suitable for different market needs.

They plan to launch air conditioners with wireless networking capabilities, and will launch washing machines, water dispensers and new refrigerated wine coolers in June. Haier will also focus on improving product quality, optimizing the shopping experience in physical stores, and strengthening marketing in collaboration with members of the Malaysian badminton national team.

Although there are currently no plans to set up a factory in Malaysia, Haier will further promote market growth through sports activities and enhanced after-sales services.
