Denon has launched a new stripped-down version of its Home 150 smart speaker, the Denon Home 150 NV, designed to compete with Sonos.

The company claims that the product performs well in terms of sound quality and supports high-resolution audio up to 24bit/192kHz, as well as DSD 2.8MHz and 5.5MHz. Equipped with dual Class D amplifiers, 25mm tweeters and 89mm woofer.

The back provides USB-A input, 3.5mm analog input, and Ethernet port. There’s no voice assistant, but multi-room functionality can be controlled via Denon’s HEOS platform.

The speaker supports AirPlay 2, Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify and other music services, and can transmit music via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Available in black and white, it retails for $369 and will be available from July 10.
