Tesla CEO Elon Musk said Tesla’s humanoid robot is still in the laboratory stage and may be launched as soon as the end of next year. Companies are optimistic about the potential of such robots to solve labor shortages and perform repetitive tasks such as logistics, warehousing and manufacturing.
Musk expects Tesla’s robot Optimus Prime to be performing tasks at the factory by the end of the year.
