Proton Holdings launched the Proton Operational Excellence (POE) program, which aims to improve the effectiveness of service centers nationwide and reinforce trust in service excellence.

The program was first implemented at 13 pilot outlets and later expanded to 3S and 4S facilities across the country. Proton said the POE’s focus includes high-quality service processes, technical capabilities, dealer management system integration and brand trust. The strategy includes optimising appointment dates, flexible service processes, and comprehensive training of technicians.

Roslan Abdullah, CEO of Proton Edar, noted that the new warehouse capacity has significantly reduced delivery times by at least 30% through 155 3S/4S outlets.

The company has opened new warehouses in Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak, with plans to set up another warehouse in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to meet parts demand.
