Shandong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Malaysian Belt and Road Committee develop economic and trade cooperation projects

A delegation from the Shandong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade visited the Malaysian Belt and Road Committee. Both parties hope to make full use of their respective resources and advantages to jointly develop more economic and trade cooperation projects.

The vice president of the Malaysian Belt and Road Committee said that Shandong has always been Malaysia’s main trading partner in ASEAN and hopes to attract more Malaysian companies to Shandong for inspection and exhibition through face-to-face exchanges to promote more in-depth exchanges and cooperation.

The vice president of the Shandong Council for the Promotion of International Trade said that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, he hopes to promote new opportunities for economic, trade and investment cooperation between the two places through cooperation and matchmaking. The delegation, which included business representatives and officials, emphasized the potential for multi-faceted cooperation in culture, tourism, friendship and more.
