Ekovest Bhd has partnered with Cosmos Limited, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Cico), to explore and develop infrastructure and other projects in Malaysia.
The scope of the collaboration includes infrastructure concession assets, large-scale infrastructure, food security and trade programs, retail enterprises, and transit-oriented development (TOD) projects. TOD projects focus on mixed-use communities centered on high-quality transportation systems, reflecting a modern approach to urban development.
Accovass said this collaboration opens a new chapter in the journey of infrastructure innovation, emphasizing that Cico’s reputation and experience in global transport infrastructure will be a valuable partner.
