Proton’s sales increased for the fifth consecutive year in 2023, with total sales reaching 154,611 vehicles, its best performance since 2012. Sales will increase by 9.3% compared with 2022, accounting for 19.4% of total industry sales in 2023. The company statement pointed out that sales in December were 12,711 units, and the total annual sales maintained the second place in the industry. This is also the fifth consecutive year that Proton Motors has maintained this position.
