PGF Capital develops RM3 billion project near Automotive Hi-Tech Valley

PGF Capital Bhd plans to develop a self-sufficient integrated township with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion in the Automotive Hi-Tech Valley (AHTV) near Tanjung Malim Proton City in the Malaysian state of Perak.

The plan will be used to develop more than 6,000 residential and commercial units on 161.87 hectares of land, including agriculture, aquaculture, eco-tourism, eco-resorts and lifestyle communities.

PGF Capital emphasizes its commitment to creating a harmonious and sustainable living environment. The company is capitalizing on the potential of AHTV as Geely Holding Group Ltd is investing in establishing AHTV as a next-generation automotive hub in Malaysia.

The first phase, which will be partnered with Malvest Properties Sdn Bhd, is expected to have a development value of RM600 million and provide 1,808 residential and commercial units integrating sustainable living technologies.
