Perak Menteri Besar Saarani Mohamad revealed that high-impact projects at the Silver Valley Technology Park (SVTP) are expected to bring in about RM14 billion in direct investments. The 330-hectare project is located between Ipoh’s Kanthan Industrial Park and Bandar Meru Raya and is expected to create 13,000 jobs over the next five to 10 years.

The project, with a total development value of RM1.03 billion, is a joint venture between Perak Development Corporation (PKNPk) and its subsidiary Perak Corp Bhd, together with strategic partner Advancecon Holdings Bhd.

Saarani said that Advancecon has more than 30 years of experience in large-scale project development and is confident in the development of SVTP, hoping that it will become a new industrial center in Perak and promote industrial development.
