On February 3, Liu Zhenguo, President of the ASEAN Business Association, proposed that with the changes in the global economic landscape and the acceleration of regional integration, there is broader development space for cooperation between Qinzhou City and ASEAN countries, especially Malaysia.

He proposed that the two sides should further utilize the “One Belt, One Road” initiative to explore cooperation possibilities in high-tech, green energy, digital economy and other fields, and at the same time strengthen people-to-people and cultural exchanges and educational cooperation to bring more tangible benefits to the people of the two places.

In conjunction with the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China, a delegation headed by Tian Shisheng from the Qinzhou Media Center visited Malaysia and had in-depth exchanges with Liu Zhenguo. This visit is not only an affirmation of the long-term friendly cooperative relations between the two parties, but also an important action to explore new opportunities for future cooperation.
